My house, in the middle of a street

Last week was wonderful. I am still feeling great from the Easter festivities and I am grateful for the amazing people in my life. Spending time with family, friends, coworkers, and especially A has made my days brighter and more enjoyable. Things are going well and I feel like anything is possible.

I’ve been continuing with my house cleaning project for the past few days and although it’s taking me some time, I’m making progress. I’ve already disposed of a couple of trailer loads of trash, put up some items for sale, and given away a few things as well. After feeling stuck for a while, I am finally taking control of my life and living it to the fullest. It feels amazing.

I still prioritize my affirmations and mental training, and I have started to increase the amount of time I spend meditating. Previously, I meditated for 20-30 minutes a day, but now I am up to 30-40 minutes a day. I am gradually increasing the minutes, and so far, it feels like it’s going well. The results of practicing meditation and affirmations are remarkable! I feel lighter both physically and mentally, and I believe that I can achieve anything. Although some days are more challenging than others, I remain optimistic. My way of thinking has changed from negative to positive in a remarkably short amount of time, and I am very satisfied with it.

Last Friday, I had to run an errand in town and fortunately, A was available to meet me. We met at a café and spent a nice time together before continuing with our day. Dates don’t always have to be extravagant, sometimes just taking a few minutes to spend time together during a busy day can be enough to feel special. I’m already looking forward to the next time I get to see her!
